Care Connections Network (CCN) is a community-based network of people over the age of 50 living in Huntington Beach and surrounding cities. Our purpose is to provide support and connections to help us remain in our own homes as we age. CCN is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving quality of life and expanding choices at all stages of aging, empowering older adults to sustain independence and remain in charge of their lives as they age. We provide community, programming, and expertise needed to allow us to continue living lives of purpose and promise as we age.
